Precision CNC Machining & Anodizing

Longleaf Machining LLC provides a full-service contract machining of top-quality close-tolerance parts and anodizing services. Our core values center around on-time deliveries, exceeding customers' expectations, and surpassing customers' requirements as a successful machine shop continually striving to assure customer satisfaction.

About Us

Established in the spring of 2008, we began our business by machining compound bow risers, cams, wheels, mods, limb pockets, etc., for Ben Pearson Archery Company, Inc. in Brewton, Alabama. In a very short time, we have diverged into multiple areas of the machining business, utilizing the top computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines for precision and quality control. We accomplish this with a handful of highly skilled employees and the determination to produce top-quality parts.

Quality, not quantity

We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we strive for – we live by this principle every day.

Precision CNC machining is a cutting-edge manufacturing process that involves the use of computer-controlled machines to create intricate and highly accurate parts. This technique allows for the production of complex shapes and designs that would be impossible to achieve with traditional machining methods. Additionally, anodizing is a surface treatment process that enhances the durability and appearance of metal parts. By applying an oxide layer to the surface of the metal, anodizing provides increased corrosion resistance and a wide range of color options. The combination of precision CNC machining and anodizing offers manufacturers the ability to create high-quality, custom parts that meet the strictest specifications while ensuring a long-lasting and visually appealing finish.
